Just me attempting a latte on my Starbucks Barista machine. I un-pressurized the portafilter and used the Espresso Blend from City Roast Coffee located right here in Cleveland, Ohio (their coffees are all amazing!!). Everyone knocks the Barista machine for having weak steam but I find that using a 12oz. pitcher that's 1/3 full of ice cold milk results in great microfoam in about 30 seconds. Sorry for the camera angle and my hands getting in the way but it's the best I could do for now! Enjoy!
